The goal of the diploma thesis „Salaries in state and public administration in the Czech Republic – development and trends“ is the analysis and description of the salary system. First part of the thesis explains basic theoretical concepts and values in this field of study. The development of the described values is set in the overal context of the economic situation in the Czech Republic. The second part describes principles of remunaration in state and public administration, both past and present. Salary system function is also compared with that of neighboring countries. The outcome of the thesis is the analysis of the salary system and also certain recommendations that resulted from the study of researched topic.

This diploma thesis deals with the motivation system in a manufacturing company. It focuses primarily on improving the current situation, where a questionnaire survey is used for analysis. The outputs of this thesis represent recommendations for streamlining the current remuneration system and thus increasing employee satisfaction. The proposals are focused primarily on tackling the company's problems, i.e. the acquisition of high-quality personnel.

Benefit Remuneration of Employees in the Selected Company

The diploma thesis deals with a proposal for the development of a remuneration system in a selected company ABC s.r.o. The thesis is divided into theoretical, analytical and design part. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts in the field of management and remuneration of employees. The analytical part focuses on the analysis of the internal and external surroundings of the company, controlled interview and questionnaire survey. The last part of the diploma thesis deals with proposing measures to increase employee satisfaction and loyalty.
